Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations in which only partial repayments are made:

Products with obvious signs of use;
Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or contains parts that are missing for reasons that are not due to our error;
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, check your bank account again first.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is recorded.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at contact@parsemains.com and send your item to : Parsemains, 5 rue des Fossés, 92220 Bagneux, France.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you by post.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you as a gift at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will acknowledge your return.

Shipping & returns

To return your product, you must send it to : Parsemains, 5 rue des Fossés, 92220 Bagneux, France.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may wish to consider using a tracked shipping service or taking out shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
